Based on their performance on these set metrics, employees earn points. Better performance = More points. With full transparency, staff gets to check their points tally in real-time.

3. Rewards are chosen by Employees

Employees can view their point balance & choose from a variety of rewards, such as gift cards, extra time off, monetary compensation, or company-branded merchandise.

4. Points are redeemed for Rewards

Employees select their reward, redeem points through the reward module. The reward is then delivered to them, either through mail or directly from the hotel management.
